📦 Unopened Product Returns (Within 30 Days)

If your product is unused, sealed, and in its original condition, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Because our Eastern Herbal Blends are considered perishable wellness products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. This protects the health and safety of all pets and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.

How It Works

  • A prepaid return label will be emailed to you.

  • Once the product is received and inspected, your refund (minus original shipping) will be issued.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

💧 Used Product Requests (Within 15 Days)

If you tried a product but did not see the results you hoped for, you have 15 days from delivery to reach out.

We truly want to help—many times, a small adjustment in dosage, timing, or consistency can make a meaningful difference. While opened products cannot be returned, we will work with you to find a supportive resolution.

🛍️ 1. Customer Returns to the Store (One-Action Replacement Policy)

When a customer returns a Healthy Paws Herbal Labs product to your store:

We will provide a replacement bottle of the same SKU, added to your next order.
This replacement bottle serves as the full credit for the returned item.

This ensures consistency, protects pricing integrity, and supports your customer service process without creating double-credit situations.

⏳ 2. Expired Products – One-Time Courtesy Exchange

Most companies do not accept expired returns. However, Healthy Paws Herbal Labs offers a one-time courtesy exchange for expired inventory.

How it works:

  • Send us a photo of the expired bottle(s)

  • We will add replacement bottles (same SKU) to your next order

  • This exchange is available once per store

This protects fairness for all retail partners while helping you recover from unexpected inventory losses.

🏷️ 3. Products Approaching Expiration

To prevent waste and ensure product freshness:

We kindly ask stores to discount and promote items approaching expiration (typically within 60–90 days).
This is standard practice across supplements, natural wellness products, and pet specialty retail.

Discounting short-dated inventory:

  • increases customer value

  • ensures safe and effective usage before expiration

📦 4. Damaged, Defective, or Mispacked Shipments

If a store receives:

  • damaged items

  • leaking bottles

  • incorrect SKUs

  • missing products

Please contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will correct the issue promptly with replacements added to your next order or with appropriate credit.

📬 Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Packages

All shipments include full tracking via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing:

  • Contact us within 72 hours

  • We will investigate with the carrier

  • If appropriate, we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement

Important:
Repeated or conflicting claims that do not align with carrier scan data may result in denial of future replacements. This protects our ability to support customers with genuine needs.
