This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders are processed and delivered.


1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 2pm PST may be processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be extended.


2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion.

Estimated transit times:

  • USPS First Class: 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

  • UPS Ground: 3–7 business days

These are carrier estimates and not guaranteed.


3. International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally through the online store.

Wholesale international shipments may be arranged by contacting Team@HealthyPawsHerbalLabs.com.


4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.


5. Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • carrier delays,

  • weather-related issues,

  • customs delays,

  • or packages marked “Delivered” but not located.

If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly.
We will support you in resolving the issue where possible.


6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order ships, we cannot refund or replace the item.
